Big Data simply means that huge amount of structured, semi-structured, unstructured data that has the potential to be processed for information. Now a days massive amount of data generated due to technological growth, digitalization and by a variety of sources, including business application transactions, web pages, videos, images, e-mails, social media, and
so on. So to process these data the big data concept is introduced.

But Cloud computing means obtain or provide IT resources (Infrastructure, Platform, Software, Database, Storage so on ) as service. It provides so many features like: On-demand self-service, Resource pooling, Rapid elasticity, Flexible scaling and High availability etc.

Cloud computing refers to the use of a scalable public computer network to perform computing tasks. E.g., Amazon Web services, Azure, Google Cloud.

Big Data and Cloud computing are very much in demand as companies and businesses are moving towards a Digital First approach. Cloud computing helps reduce the operational costs of hardware.

Big data is the future. In the begining only big companies are working on big data because they have projects with massive data and to process them they use big data but now onwards even very small companies also use big data like splunk, kibana, and spark.

Scope of big data is high.

Big Data is a broader concept then just data that happens to be big.
I see it more as a new paradigm of collecting, storing, handling and extracting meaning from different kinds of data.
